Apple has expanded the availability of its mobile payments service, Apple Pay, with customer in El Salvador and Guatemala using cards issued by BAC Credomatic and Promerica banks able to add their credit and debit cards to the Wallet app on iPhone.
Additionally, customers in Guatemala banking with Banco G&T and Banco Industrial in Guatemala are also able to now use Apple Pay for in-store and online purchases.
Apple recently added support for Apple Pay in South Korea, with the new exposition in El Salvador and Guatemala marking more growth for the iPhone maker’s mobile payments service.
